The fact that an updated appraisal was needed was not recognized until the last moment. The closing date was moved back from the 05/31/22 to 06/03/22. Then it was request to be moved back to 06/06/22, the corporate company sent me a letter advising that if I didn't close on 06/03/22 they were putting the house on the market on 06/06/22. I didn't know if I was going to closing until 06/02/22. Then I was sent to closing with the wrong amount I was suppose to wire to the title company. I was 7,095.00 short. I had to borro... read more

There were some hiccups along the way. I repeatedly pointed out closing documents and estimates were not accurate. Pravik, attempted to dishonor his agreement. However, in the end Everyone came together and resolved all the issues, all agreements were honored, the overall experience was easy and fast. We closed on time and I love my home. Rosario was extremely pleasant to work with and she made it look easy.
