The person I was originally dealing with never told me about the points being charged, I would have liked to see my options to evaluate if it was worth paying points for lower interest rate. By the time I found out about the points being charged interest rates had rose sharply. My loan sat on final reviewer desk fora month, because at one time there was a mobile home on property, that had been removed. Even though the process took longer then expected. Candice Williams communication skills and her ability to emphasize with my frustration regarding the extremely long process made my experience please. As we all know when things don’t go as planned, the fact that an unexpected set back occurred is not what a customer remember, it’s how the company representative assist in the recovery.
