Destini was great through the entire process. The communication and scheduling was much more accurate and timely when talking directly to Destini versus using the online portal.
It was a good experience
Repetitive asks for documents, which necessitated calls to PennyMac to check and get clarity. Otherwise straightforward experience with expected results.
Everyone was very kind helping me when I did not understand they would explain to me until I understood.I am not great with computers they took the time to walk me through everything.

Great experience
PM requested the same documents multiple times after I executed and emailed the documents to them, requiring unnecessary time and effort to then call PM. Charles did a good job in trying to rectify the issue and I can see he truly cared, but the execution of the process of receiving documents on PM's part was poor and uncoordinated. I think too many people were involved, all thinking the other person handled an issue, resulting in the issue not being addressed.
Very pleasant and quick to answer questions
