The entire process was a nightmare. Will never use pennymac again
Communication was lacking - we would often get no response from multiple calls and emails.
I had many choices of Lenders, but by far PennyMac is the best of all. They stay on top of every situation, they speak to you as thou they know you. Just a pleasant bunch of people to work with.
Quick and thorough service! Guidance thru approval process was communicated well, simplified and easy to understand.
A lot of documents were asked multiple times and I would say yes they’ve received them but they were sent either to the wrong person or this person did in a longer work in that department,
It was a great experience with everyone I spoke to.
Everyone was very pleasant and understanding. I didn't have to wait super long for an answer and the process was very smooth and fast.
