Ashton asked for the same documents several times and was not familiar with the terms discussed with Daniel. Every time we spoke I would have to explain everything again, and the constant inability to handle the loan properly lead to her manager getting involved and we nearly quit dealing with Ashton all together. The customer service she provided was unacceptable.
Samijo was great, and kept us informed with regular updates!
Everyone was very hard to get a hold of. Paperwork was requested but an explanation of exactly was it was and what information certain pieces should include were vague or missing
