I expressed my feelings to her supervisor a few days later. When I was upset with her poor aritude I asked to speak to her boss but she never got her to come on phone nor gave her the message. I had to call in two days later
She was great!!! Very quick responses and follow up, friendly, and made me relax a bit as we got to the end
