Easy over the phone process. Wonderful weekly communication regarding the status and progression of the loan.
We had been with PennyMac for five years and chose them to be the lender for our new home. They offered the best rate. The whole team was very friendly, available, and prompt to answer questions. We had to adjust the closing date due to unanticipated circumstances on the sale of our old home, but the team was accommodating and had all the documents ready at closing. We have never had an issue with PennyMac in the past and anticipate great service in the future.
