Destiny went above and beyond. I have ptsd and get anxiety often. She was not only kind and compassionate with me every time I called she Helped move the process faster than I could have ever excepted. It was a pure joy dealing with her. She is definitely skilled at her job but to me more importantly she made us feel valued and that Is the best customer service that you could ever offer. I never got call backs despite being told I would get a call back. When setting up the loan I was told the creditors would be paid directly. Days before closing I was told I'd recieve checks to send to my creditors.

Ashton asked for the same documents several times and was not familiar with the terms discussed with Daniel. Every time we spoke I would have to explain everything again, and the constant inability to handle the loan properly lead to her manager getting involved and we nearly quit dealing with Ashton all together. The customer service she provided was unacceptable.

Great experience. Always prompt and friendly, no question went unanswered even when I had some tediously detailed questions. This is my 3rd home loan with PM and I've had a good experience, start to finish, each time.
