Veronica barely contacted us and out of the 3 times she did, 2 times she called the wrong number. During the last few days before closing I had to call in to get things fixed and escalated right up until a couple hours before closing. And the closing documents were wrong, I had to provide the correct ones sent to me by someone other than Veronica. My negative comments reflects only veronica. She dint care at all. Mathew bland was great. Veronica i have to followup with her multiple times. Never could reach her directly for anything. She never called me back.
Where to begin - I have major regrets of choosing PennyMac as a lender. The stress of buying a home is plenty, but add in the stress of your loan processing team not communicating, omitting to provide the buyer with updates, keeping necessary emails in their drafts rather than sending to me, and more. Great job!!
I felt that although Tyra was more available than my last home loan specialist, she still didn't really advocate between me and the underwriters. Many times I had no idea what the underwriter was requesting and I didn't get much help from Tyra. Even though Ruben is no longer in the process, I had to reach out to him for assistance on multiple occasions. Despite my best efforts to close on time we still ended up closing at 90+ days.
