Smooth and seamless process. Couldn't have been easier.
It was very difficult dealing with a team in California when I am in Florida. The time difference is an issue.
I submitted the same document 4 times. The closing paperwork was incorrect and this happened for multiple applications. This is unacceptable. This company literally made me homeless for over a month because they cannot complete anything in a timely manner.
Would have been much better if things that were told to me we’re actually completed – such as updating the amount on the loan that we are paying off. I have email chains showing that the communication was made but the job was never completed by Amanda.
