Fast and simple
PennyMac is great to work with and it’s a bonus that they continue to service your loan even after it’s been sold. This is my second mortgage with them and I will say their customer service and website is excellent compared to other companies I have dealt with in the past.

I am happy that I got the refi done & equity line paid off but experience in general was not good for me. Communication not the greatest in my opinion. For example I wanted my HELOC paid off not closed so i can't access it any more. In my opinion it took too long to close this refi. I have a pretty decent salary 20/25K a month & the property literally makes about $2500 a month in profit & have ano debt. Do what you say your going to do. If you say you going to call someone back within an hour just do it. This however NEVER... read more
