It was always communicated to me the status of my application and what was taking place with each step of the process. Everyone was nice and friendly.
Everyone done a good job.
I ended up having to do two apraisels both of witch said I had to do different trim paint repairs. One said one thing the other said another. It was also never clearly told to me exactly what I had to do for those repairs. I had to call and inquire.
Really easy to deal with and Mary Davis was really nice to talk with.
