It was more expensive then I’d thought, I do wish I’d of shopped around but felt that because I was a penny mac customer I’d get a super deal. But I didn’t.
There was great communication and the staff was very helpful and made the loan process smooth and hassle free.
The team got my loan closed early allowing me earlier access to my new home. They were friendly and available to answer any question I had.

Jamie by far was the most pleasant, knowledgeable and patient person to work with. When I had a million questions he had a million and one answers. I would recommend anyone to not only Pennymac but would recommend working with Jamie specifically. Thank you Jamie for all your hard work and guidance through our home loan process.
There was a bit of confusion over a couple of aspects that seemed avoidable.
Quick and attentive
Closing documents were incorrect at closing. Titled company had to refund some money
The only issue we had was not with Sandrea. It was with the third party employment verification process. They were difficult to deal with and didn’t seem to understand or follow through with notes they were given in the system. Otherwise our experience was great.
