Maria Veliz and the Penny Mac team took us by the hand and lead us step by step through the refinance process.
During phone conversations, it would have been a better experience if the tone had been a bit more empathetic and less robotic. Someone that's looking to refinance most likely is going through a hardship and it helps to hear a friendly voice on the other side of the line. That's all.

Sandra was a trooper through a tough purchase with many bumps in the road to closing, she was always available, always upbeat, always compassionate and above all always professional and ultra hard working to get us to closing on the day we needed! She was very knowledgeable and had answers for our questions quickly! We could not have asked for a better experience than the one we had with Sandra Benavidez!
