I recommend everybody do the same
It was more expensive then I’d thought, I do wish I’d of shopped around but felt that because I was a penny mac customer I’d get a super deal. But I didn’t.
There was great communication and the staff was very helpful and made the loan process smooth and hassle free.
All communication was clear and very easy to understand.
We have been with a PENNYMAC for a while now and this process was pretty good. Although we did not close on time, I believe it was more the builder and appraisers fault. Overall we were happy and satisfied with the service we received from Kaitlyn.
The team got my loan closed early allowing me earlier access to my new home. They were friendly and available to answer any question I had.
