Lori Gibson and Roberto Montoya specifically were awesome. No complaints at all. They were great to work with. But, we were closing in person at the title company. All parties were there. And as we were signing the documents, someone at PennyMac told the title company to stop the closing process. We had to come back the next day. Luckily we did not need to be in the house right away. PennyMac stopped the whole process because they needed a site survey. This should have been requested multiple times over the previous two mon... read more

when I contacted the mac team I got someone who could not answer anything but would add notes and I never received responses to my questions or any calls I had to contact Taylor Crume to ask questions that she answered

I really enjoy the experience. Brandy communicated with both of my wife and I and just not one person. And that is a plus in my book. We was in and out. Good work

Was a little Leary because of problems in the past with another company but the experience with Pennymac went smoothly and Brandon was great to work with. Even with all the concerns and questions I had. Thank you!

My frustration came from things being put in the portal and then I would get email after email to get them done. Except I had already done them. I did this with my son and we both got request and they didn’t always cancel each other out. At times this was very frustrating. I didn’t like that I would be ask to sign something but then it really wasn’t necessary. It is a process and I survived it.
