Sandra was a Rockstar, everyone else dropped the ball. She needs credit for the work she put in, but your team that does with the VA dropped the ball and almost lost me a home. If it wasn’t for Sandra and Letisha this deal would have fell through. Randall Wertz

I explicitly requested that only Austin be the person making outbound calls to me. I subsequently received 3 outbound calls from people who were not Austin. In fact, I never heard from Austin again. Closing expectations were a mess. I spoke to 3 people, all of whom told me 3 different things and did not explain anything accurately. Except for Frank and Ashton. They are good employees
