We had multiple loan officers helping us throughout which was hard to have good communication as our application changed hands three times

Alan Chichakly was the Best! Norma Brambila needs to learn absolutely more about communication, over the process of my loan I feel as if I was on the payroll of Pennymac I need my check for employment. I wouldn’t recommend you all As a former penny Mac client I will refinance out of this loan as soon as I can and take my business elsewhere! Norma gets a Big Fat ZERO from us.
Everything was done in a timely matter and I did not have to miss any time off work yo get this done.
The process went smoothly enough. I shopped around for a good rate and PennyMac matched the best rate I could get and sweetened it a little. Happy I went this way with my loan so far.

It's wasn't greatest when they had my car on twice and card say we had two of them , and it took for ever
