Everything was communicated and executed on time
Eric told me several times that they had everything needed to get my loan finalized and every time I would get an email requesting more information. There was an error in your system and I told multiple people that PennyMac needed to correct it-it was not something that I could do. After telling Eric two or three times, he finally fixed it. Eric got us confused with someone else, I had to correct him that he had never spoken to my husband after he tried to tell me something my husband had said. Nancy was pleasant and professional to work with. The problem was the team she was part of did not understand the investments that I am in and Continued to make documentation requests that made absolutely no sense. I got a call from Nancy and explained the problem to her and why I could not provide the documentation that was requested of me. Consistent and effective processes and communication would have made the experience pleasant. An overhaul and further look into the barriers of inefficiency are needed and quickly.
