Russ handled the process great and I'm happy with the service he provided. However, I had other agents get involved and did not seem like they had communicated with each other. For example, my closing date was rescheduled 2 times as a result of title issues and the day after I closed, I received a phone call stating that my closing needed be re-scheduled. The agent that called was not aware that I had closed already as their system did not show that to be the case.
This is my 4th transaction with PennyMac and I have worked with many folks on the team. Russ was professional, helpful and always willing to answer even the most simple of questions in a patient and professional manner...Very pleasant to work with, guaranteeing that I will return to PennyMac every chance I get!
