The staff were friendly
communication between departments at pennymac is awful. we have had 4 loans with them and every time is a babysitting disaster. have to continuously call to make sure they received documentation. you have to rewalk thru the issues with each person you talk to. you upload documents and they can no longer find them. had to call eric, andrew, another guy cant remember his name, NUMEROUS times to check in on documentation and tell them that they had the incorrect seller credits listed. they would never give you a status update u... read more

I honestly had little to no contact with him we spoke with other specialist we had 6 others we talked to before. The next time we refinance it will not likely be with Penny Mac.
My agent Ammie Mac explained everything in detail. She was kind, accurate, and I never wondered where we were in the process as she would call and check in.
