Have workers that are pleasant and at least sound like they like what they are doing. Do not have workers that should work the Collections end of the business working with folks who are trying to negotiate new contracts with Pennymac services. Allow "applicants" to delete applications that were started and not completed to avoid confusion on the worker/customer as to which account is being responded to. Do not allow more than one MAC person to work with the same customer.

I had a great mortgage experience with PennyMac. Compared to my two prior mortgage applications, this one was easy as the level of scrutiny was much less and i was able to answer the information required in much less time.

I was told to change my flood insurance five days before closing and had to reach out multiple times the person who worked on my file my warr was replaced with rosario towards the end my closing cost were not accurate because the law firm messed up my interest rate was high taking a higher rate of interest to achieve a lower closing cost seemed unethical
