My mortgage was in PM portfolio.PM MORGAGEE . Too much Time to qualify me, felt Discriminated of age & GENDER. I was already A Mortgagor.????. Made me ferl insecure About procedure, had to Seek a Supervisor. To complete. THANKS Mr.. Mayer. io
My husband and attempted several times to have documents corrected by a couple of agents. After numerous phone calls and over a week, the situation was finally resolved. There were documents that were provided that were asked for more than once after being submitted.
I was directed to contact an individual for my copies of closing documents. Upon calling, I was told they weren't involved in that part of my loan process and that they would send the information back to Mr Gallo. I still have not received copies of my loan documents from the notary. Communication isn't clear and nobody seems to have an answer.
