Everyone we talked to from PennyMac was helpful and seemed very caring. They were patient. I would recommend PennyMac to anyone. They made the whole experience very easy.

Darcel consistently took my calls or called me back in a timely fashion. She was a professional throughout the process and I felt that she advocated for me in regards to keeping the process moving forward with the underwriter.

The initial woman I spoke with was great, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
I was directed to contact an individual for my copies of closing documents. Upon calling, I was told they weren't involved in that part of my loan process and that they would send the information back to Mr Gallo. I still have not received copies of my loan documents from the notary. Communication isn't clear and nobody seems to have an answer.
I was pleased with my overall experience with Pennymac.
I had requested specific times for y’all to call me and it was never the time I requested. I am a teacher and coach and have a very busy schedule. I always received phone calls during classes when I was teaching and when I tried to call back it was hard to get who I needed. I also thought it would all be done a few months before I actually got to close.
