We had a terrible experience with nobody answering the phone, then the explanations provided by your personnel were never clear. Initially the service was good but then they disappeared.Communication was not the best from your team. We recommend them to set up calls with clients when we have availability to make it easier for us.

Both vage tsaturysn and Nicole lococo were great and explained everything about the process, and no matter how many times I called to understand something better, they were always there to help and so friendly.
I was very nervous about this process, however penny mac kept me in the loop and kept their promise that I would close in 30 days! 😊

Respectful, informative and met timelines
Sandrea has excellent customer service. She is very pleasant to work with and truly listened to our unique situation. She helped guide us through the process and remains available if I need her until the final step.
The fact that numbers were never kept straight. They would ask us for the same documents multiple times. The names were messed up on the documents at closing after going over it multiple times with multiple people to correct it. The team had poor communication with both us ( the buyers) and title. The last few days before closing I called to speak with Nicole lococo and left a message never got a call back so I call the mymacteam and the guy I talked couldn't get a hold of her to help figure out my question.
