Clear cut instructions of what is required and timely responses especially to loans that have a closing cost coming up soon. Communication with Kaitlyn was very stunted and. We had to call multiple times to get ahold of her. Whenever we do get ahold of someone else on the phone, the information given to us is different every single time. Great communication
I had a great mortgage experience with PennyMac. Compared to my two prior mortgage applications, this one was easy as the level of scrutiny was much less and i was able to answer the information required in much less time.
Wonderful experience
Great experience from start to finish. Everyone said I was crazy for using an out of state bank but you guys have taken care of me for a long time. Bethany McMullen is awesome and stuck with me for 9 months while i was house hunting and anna eng was great to get me to the finish line. Thanks guys!!!
