I was actually in the process with another lender and I was scanning some documents to send them for the multiple time, PennyMac called. I entertained their (Paul Yoo) offer presentation . I am glad I did. I saved thousands in cost. In addition, the dashboard and interaction was effortless. The loan specialist assigned, Kaitlyn Myers, was very responsive on any questions I had. Closing went through without a hitch and on time. One word that continues to come to mind is "Effortless"
It was often difficult to speak to the initial & 2nd loan officers (Patricia & then Grace) & had to talk to other people who usually did not know what was going on. Working with Patricia and Grace was very good but the communication within the department was not very good at times.
Eric did an awesome job helping my wife and I go through the closing process! He was very personable, friendly, and professional! It was my pleasure working and communicating with him!
