I had very good communication with the PennyMac team. I work a lot so we used a lot of email communication, which worked well for me. The emailed were responded to quickly and accurately so I felt like the processed moved along very well.

The answers of this survey are ONLY for my experience with Mrs. Brittany Jones. Very poor service and attitude since day one. Because of her and only because of her are my answers of this survey. I had a great experience with Mr. Carlos at the beginning of the process. He went the extra mile for me and answer all my questions but I did not have the same luck with Mrs. Jones. I do not want any friends or family member to get a bad experience of such an important process like I did with her.

PennyMac was easy to work with and anytime I needed anything all I had to do was call and Glenn would answer all of my questions during the initial process and when I got to the end Iam was there for me.
