Very professional, they make the refinance quick and easy
I was well communicated to and things went well
Ms. Linda was very pleasant and kind to work with. She assisted walk me through questions I had during my loan process. She also responded to my questions promptly.
Grace was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. She made sure, within her control, that the process continued moving forward.
Penny Mac withdrew me from my first rate lock without my consent, consideration or notification. They also reversed an agreed upon reinstatement. Now I have a higher rate and monthly payment due to pennymacs error. There was a great deal of plausible deniability and “miscommunication”. At my expense.
Although there was a change in my primary contact, the process moved smoothly.
