I called and explained my personal situation. Not only was I clearly given options, but I was able to feel comfortable enough to share my thought process while feeling like I was listened to. The representative was clear, well spoken, personable, and knowledgeable. She was actively listening while giving me clear options. Exactly what I needed in a time where I felt I was panicking! Our sales person, Greg, was in too much of a hurry to explain things and when he did, it wasn't even our information. We were to have $20k cash out at closing and all our documents showed we owed at closing. Chavaya didn't really know anything when I called to ask about it. He was pleasant enough, but not sure what roll he was playing in this process. It took 4 versions of the loan estimate documents to get it corrected.
