From the start of the process to end there were too many issues and not enough communication. It was so hard to get accurate and consistent information. Allan the initial rep we worked with and across too push and like a used car sales men. The experience was a little better with Rosario however it was difficult to get a hold of her.
Paulette was clear and concise and concerned about my questions.
I couldn’t believe the Penny Mac team was that good, I am pleasantly satisfied!
Working with James was wonderful. He explained everything very well. I would have liked a direct number to call him but I was able to communicate through email.
