Ammie Mac was the best part of the process. She was Awesome!! She tolerated me getting upset at the process due to being asked for the same documents over and over again from the mac team. She made the process more tolerable.

Better communication and availability of loan officer.
I am not sure if this was the first loan Paul handled, but when my husband, myself, and our title company have to explain to him what he is doing incorrectly, there is an issue. Looking back, we should have requested a different loan officer on day two. There was far more stress on us than was necessary during this process due to his confusion and inconsistency. Addition training is clearly needed.
