Maria was great and a bright spot to the process. Some of the document process and things not accepted made me feel they did not understand a small business. Sometimes Pennymac has not always been the best at giving advice and more interested in just what helps them. Maria was an exception to most of the past problems we have had of getting people to walk us through things and give advice. Did a VA ReFi, cash out with a lower interest rate. Checked with 4 other loan companies and Penny Mac got me the lowest rate with the same costs by over half a percent. Whole team answered my questions and made sure to check in with me when we agreed to do something.
The communication was awesome. Veronica did a fantastic job with updating me with next steps, etc.
