Brittney was a little rude (low key but still, whatever 😒) and she talked over me a few times but when I pointed it out, getting words in where I could, she toned it down. I understand that you people do this all day, every day…but your customers do not. Also please keep in mind especially working for veterans, we have brain injuries and don’t remember stuff like normal people. We have ISSUES. Very quick and simple process. You just sit back, answer the messages, and before you know it, it's done. Communication throughout the process with website tracking and weekly phone updates was a fantastic perk. Closing on the day I chose and where I wanted. Simple. Thank You PennyMac and my MAC Team!

If Antonia’s IRS transcripts were ordered at the same time as my wife and I. I’m assuming that the underwriter requested them after ours arrived. It took 3 months to close on a loan that should have taken the most 2 months. It was very stressful to hear every week for two months that you were still waiting for the transcripts.
