Service was awesome & team made process a breeze.
The entire process was smooth and easy, Ty was fantastic.
I started with Mrs Tamara who was kind and patient who guided me through the beginning of the process. Once my paperwork for the application was complete I was sent to Mr. Charles who called me every week sometimes twice to make sure I didn't have any questions and to explain what part of the process we were at and what came next. They sent a professional to my house for the closing which only took a couple of weeks. Super friendly people and no problems at closing. Process was simple and anything needed was handled properly.
Elyccia was extremely helpful and professional, as well as friendly. She answered all my questions and kept me up to date on each stage of the loan process. Sometimes the phone connection was stuttering and hard to hear her, but I don't know if it was my connection or hers. Regardless I was able to figure out what she meant.
Some time was hard to contact t the team over the phone, everything else was great
