Jamie is an outstanding representative and team member for PennyMac! His communication and friendly customer service skills throughout the entire process was above reproach! Jamie was also very patient and happy to answer all of my questions. I was also eligible for a veterans grant through the state of Utah but it took some coordination and communication from the entire PennyMac team and Jamie was the one who was able to communicate the sense of urgency to the team so I could qualify and close on time.
