I wish there was a way to deduct stars. Pennymac is the worst! Every time I call I speak with someone that does not understand my questions, it seems that theyre outsourced. Im stuck and I do not like the position that Pennymac has put me in. there needs to be more education for the people that answer the phones. I did tell the person that I talked to that if you cannot answer my question I am ok with you transferring me to someone else that can. They said that they could do it, but never did . NOT HAPPY!!!
Every team member acted very professionally and answered any questions that we had concerning the process. I felt very comfortable speaking with everyone I spoke with and would definitely go with Penny Mac on any other needs that may arise.
Grace is one of the greatest person I ever had the pleasure of doing business with She is like a family member always on point and did the job perfect. She ensured they everyone did there job even on Saturday and after hours. She always had time
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Have talked to 6 representatives in the last two weeks and no one has said the same thing. Our payment is raising almost $400 a month and they won't tell us why. Asked for my account representative and they wouldn't connect me to that person. The people that answer the phone I can understand, their accents make it very hard to hear what they are saying. Always get told something different by different workers, NEVER can get a hold of a supervisor, ALWAYS someone with a foreign accent. (I'm not racist, just hard of hearing, so it makes it more difficult for me to understand and I have to ask them to repeat a bunch of times.) I get told to keep an eye on the mail because they are sending me something but I rarely get anything expect the bill. It’s impossible to connect with anyone at PennyMac. Every time I call, the call “drops” right before I’m about to speak to a representative. The app does not work and their portal is impossible to navigate. If you’re looking for a responsive and reliable lender, search elsewhere. Hopefully this review prompts some much needed changes.

I would like to personally thank Faiza Saleem and Bethany McMullen and the Pennymac team for a smooth closing, very professional and knowledgeable team to see me through the process.
I would say the only thing that I would recommend is little more info at the end. The closing date was suppose to be the Nov. 5 and I did not care that it was later but we really did not get any info on it.
