PennyMac quickly responded with one of the best rates of the three companies that I had made inquiries with and was by far the most reasonable in terms of fees and lender costs. Once I was passed from the originator to a dedicated processor I was quickly given an easy list of documents to provide and was able to upload them directly on the website. Every went relatively quick and easily.
