Faster turnaround
Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. The loan team went above and beyond to make our refinance happen, and kept my husband and I in the loop every step of the way.

Penny Mac is definally a great choice when choosing a loan processing company. The only thing I would change is the portal for trying to sign and send documents. Sometimes it was easy other times impossible to down load doc.
Everything from the first conversation up to the end at closing was communicated well. Every question was answered with patience. I was kept well informed of every step in the process and even when things were flowing smooth I still received phone calls just to check in each day. The ease in this process made this a most pleasant process.
