Everyone was accessible, knowledgable, prompt and thorough. Not once did a question go unanswered. Overall a great experience.
Easy and friendly
All went well and expeditiously.
The process dragged on for longer then expected, we had to constantly contact Penngmac in reference to anything because they were not getting back to us, and we have come to find out that PennyMac did not pay the taxes they were obligated too per my mortgage and the money was in escro
The ladies that worked on our file made things so easy and smooth. We were building a home and it took 10 months to complete the process and I got everything I need and more from Bethany and Sandra. I couldn't be more pleased with the service!
Evelyn was great to work with for my refi. She called me and emailed me when something was needed so as to avoid confusion.
