Any issues/questions were addressed.
Because I was ultimately able to complete everything, even when I had questions initially.
I hardly had to do anything. They requested documents. I provided then ans the team handled everything from there. I honestly had no stress through the entire process. I was impressed and would not hesitate to do it again with this company.
This was the smoothest loan process I've been through yet. Everyone worked hard to keep things moving forward promptly.
Tynisha was very responsive to my questions. She was patient which put me at ease and made the process run smoothly. It was like having a personal assistant holding your hand during the entire recess.
