overall good experience
I had to reach out for status updates frequently. It seemed like the loan process was put on the back burner until we got close to the expected closing date. When document errors occurred on the loan processors end, I was forced to pay the consequences which in turn increased my cash to close. All of the issues could have been avoided had they prioritized my loan. I never received a single accurate cash to close statement until a week before closing. All my specific questions were answered promptly. Communication by phone and system were precise and easy to use. So far the experience has been very easy and nicely completed.

She is a very pleasant and easy to talk to . Professional in every way but makes you very comfortable . Glad to have me her . However at no fault to her paper work was lost and had to redo . not happy about that .

Mainly with assigned loan processor Faiza. Would never return calls from myself, attorney or title company ...rarely gave any updates and requested documents from building the night before closing. Extremely unprofessional.
