Norma and Jackie were there for me every step of the process. Everything was explained and all my questions were answered promptly. Norma made the entire process painless. She is a great asset to your team.
Just need one person to handle process from start to finish. Have several people emailing us asking for same documentation that was already submitted. We were sent one estimate towards the end and wired the money to lawyer. Then we received another estimate final day before closing had to come up with additional $3500 dollars. Not happy with that , overall process was okay I would use Penny Mack again
