Having loan officer tell me she needed copies of my tax documents overnight when I had signed IRS release was unreasonable. Especially since I had told them I had been rear ended in auto accident that week! She questioned if we had been taking regular withdrawals from Ira .She had no understanding of fact that account had been rolled over. Essentially, she just wanted proof about withdrawals. Not making demands that documents be provide in 24 hours would have process much less stressful.
My only complaint about this process was that I couldn't talk to Destini every time I called. She was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop during the entire process. Thank you

Communication was the problem and to many emails and iam still getting emails about signing papers, the loan is done ,when will the emails stop

I started my loan process on April 4th, Evelyn and Jorge was really great, they was all about closing this loan. The process only took them 18 days to close out my loan, it was truly unbelievable I would recommend Pennymac to everyone. 5 stars all the way
