Time management and managing various processes needs improvement.
Refinancing with PennyMac was quick and easy and I had no issues. My loan officer kept in contact with me on a weekly basis and answered all my questions with no hesitation. I have been with Penny Mac since 2015 and I've never had an issue with them they have always been very dependable and accommodating.

Everyone was so nice and very helpful.
De'Loria and Mike made the process fairly easy to navigate. I know all are busy, and at times we would not hear from De'Loria until the following day. Which is fine, but Mike also went above and beyond and was always available. Both helped immensly!
The entire process was exceptional, and I received all of the information needed to close in a timely manner.
