As always my experience with Pennymac was fantastic. From the start with the application to the final closing. All questions answered in a timely fashion. Closing was super quick and ever was finalized within 2 business days of closing.

For a few years every mortgage company wouldn’t work with us because of our loan we had with our solar panel company. It was a second mortgage technically and no one would allow us to bundle that loan into one house loan. However, PennyMac was able to help us out!! We are grateful for the experience and opportunity to refinance with PennyMac.
