Yes from the beginning to the end they were helpful with educating mean on the loan and the breakdown of the loan there was one issue that that happened where I gave info I called the next day to make sure that it was entered information the lady that I talk to you the next day said she didn't see it she put me on hold for a little bit and she took care of it all make sure everything's was correct and done before she hung up with me which made me feel that she really was doing her job and making sure things are right and we ... read more
It was as smooth as a process it could be, some minor bumps, but otherwise great experience.
The understanding of my thoughts on the appraisal not being what I thought it should be and Pennymacs willingness to make the loan documents be where I would accept.
Bethany made the process quick and easy even when there was some changes to the insurance and disclosures in the middle she worked through it and got it taken care of quickly
So easy and smooth process
I feel like all communication was honest and straight forward, which is the most important thing to me. Other than that, I appreciate that the process was convenient and quick.
