Communication. I had only one phone call, I had to keep calling in and no return calls out side of one in the very beginning when I requested to speak to a supervisor. I received one call from the person that was to see me through the loan and never heard from him again. I had to keep calling in to ask what to expect, due to not having the information explained to me and no one keeping in touch.
The entire team took the time to make sure we understood everything and quickly helped us close on our loan.
It was an overall easy process. However, I think you have too many people involved in the process and requesting things.
James was very efficient and professional
Claudia was very quick, professional and clear. My employment situation was not standard, and she worked with my employer to get the specific documents needed to close. Claudia and her team made my entire refinance process easy and stress-free.
