Very disappointed in Pennymac. They mistakenly withdrew multiple mortgage payments at once for the same month. They were unwilling to resolve the issues presented due to this error but assured me "it wouldn't happen again".
I thought the service I received was excellent! I used to work in the reverse mortgage industry & I am extremely impressed with the PennyMac's team!
