The loan process completed as expected despite Covid interruption's .
The initial offer and loan estimate were revised without any explanation and it resulted in lot of frustration. It was hard to reach loan officer and all issues were never resolved. I had to settle for closing as I could not afford any more time.
The refinance process was easy and straightforward.
The Mac team concept does not appear to work. I grew very sick of calling to talk to persons that were not assigned to my case and felt like I was constantly getting passed around. The website interface was incorrect throughout the entire process listing a different loan processor from the purchase team despite me bringing up the error MULTIPLE times. Paulette was amazing. She kept me informed and was very knowledgeable about the process and steps needed in order to close my loan.
The minute Paulette took over processing our refinance, things ran smoothly. We are very pleased to be with PennyMac and would recommend them to any of our friends or family.
Ammie was very clear what was needed to get my refinance done accurately and we closed sooner than I expected. She was always there to help me with all my concerns/questions with a smile on her face. Her knowledge was exceptional in the process of the refinance of the loan.
Sandra was outstanding and her team was very quick to close under a month. Pennymac was able to provide a great rate that was able to save me a lot of money in interest. Already recommended her to three friends and will continue.
From application to closing the process went very smoothly. The team that I worked with was terrific. Great job!!!
