Everything was quick and easy,and within the time-frame talked about. They were able to work with me, even with my lack of funds available, and able to get me a good interest rate at a time when they were skyrocketing. I am very happy with my experience.
De'Loria always got back to us very promptly. She is very informative and provided exceptional customer service.
Better communication for time frames involved and not having to make multiple inquiries to find out status. Also had to submit extra documents that should have been resolved by the title company.
